Empowering Our Team—Thanks to Bank of Greene County Charitable Foundation! 7.23.25
We’re thrilled to share that thanks to a generous grant from the Bank of Greene County Charitable Foundation, Crossroads is launching a TA Certification Support Program to help our Teaching Assistants advance in their careers. Crossroads is one of the many wonderful organizations in the Capital Region who was selected by the foundation to receive part of the $556,000 they gave out in grants this year.
This funding will directly cover the cost of certification exams—one of the most significant hurdles for our hardworking staff, who work on modest salaries. By easing this financial burden, the grant is helping us strengthen our team, enhance classroom quality, and recognize the incredible dedication our TAs bring to their work every day.
