Gratitude Overflowing: A Heartfelt Thank You for AIM Autism’s BBQ!
We are thrilled to share the fantastic news from our recent BBQ fundraiser, which turned out to be a resounding success, thanks to the incredible generosity of the Friesens and AIM Autism, and so many who helped them. The tremendous support and dedication to our mission by Jessica Friesen, the woman behind this truly memorable event, each year, is extraordinary. Jess brought together Fonda Speedway’s fans, volunteers, racers, friends, families, and staff to raise $38,416 from the BBQ, raffles and 50/50, to donate to Crossroads.
The atmosphere was filled with joy, laughter, and the wonderful aroma of delicious food, all contributing to a day that will be remembered for years to come.
Adding to this remarkable achievement, Halmar stepped in with an additional donation of $11,584, pushing the total contribution to a phenomenal $50,000. This extraordinary gesture of kindness and support exemplifies the strength and unity of our community. The combined efforts of these people have provided vital financial assistance and also bolstered our shared commitment to making a lasting difference in the lives of the children and families we serve. The funds raised will significantly enhance our ongoing efforts to pay for the new facility, A Building Of Our Own, increasing our capacity to provide exceptional education and care.

Our new building will offer an improved learning environment, tailored to the unique needs of our students, and will enable us to expand our programs and services.
