Welcoming new Team members!

Staff Achievements!
We grow together.
At Crossroads, we’re committed to supporting our team members as they learn, achieve, and reach new milestones. We love celebrating their accomplishments because every certification earned, degree completed, and goal achieved makes our team—and the support we provide to our students—even stronger.

6/10/26 Congratulations, Jared!
DOCTOR Jared, that is!

We are utterly thrilled to celebrate Jared on earning his Doctorate from Manhattanville University—a goal he has been working toward since 2021!
On June 1, Jared successfully defended his dissertation, “Training in Behavioral Intervention as Associated with Special Education Teacher Attrition,” marking the culmination of years of dedication, research, and hard work. Like many doctoral graduates, he describes feeling a tremendous sense of relief along with the excitement and pride that come with achieving such a significant milestone.
As our Director of Staff Development, Jared is known not only for his expertise, but also for his kindness, support, and unwavering commitment to helping others grow. He is a wonderful colleague, mentor, and leader whose work strengthens our entire organization.
We are incredibly proud of his accomplishment and grateful to have Dr. Jared as part of the Crossroads team. Please join us in congratulating him on this well-earned achievement!
6/2/26 Congratulations, Jessica!

We’re excited to celebrate Jessica on graduating from the University at Albany with a degree in Psychology!
Although she hasn’t been with us for very long, Jess has already made her mark in Room 6. Her quiet, thoughtful manner and attentiveness to the children have made her a valued member of the classroom team. She brings a calm presence, a caring heart, and a genuine commitment to supporting her students each day.
Earning a degree is a tremendous accomplishment, and we are so proud of all the hard work and dedication that brought Jessica to this milestone.
Congratulations, Jessica! We’re grateful to have you as part of the Crossroads family and look forward to all the wonderful things ahead.
6/1/26 Congratulations, Michelle

We are thrilled to celebrate Michele on earning her Teaching Assistant Certification from SUNY Schenectady! 🌟
This achievement represents a great deal of hard work, dedication, and perseverance. Michele has been working toward this goal for a long time, and throughout the journey she has remained positive, determined, and committed to her growth as an educator.
What makes this accomplishment even more special is Michele’s willingness to encourage others. She is always quick to remind her teammates that while the process can be challenging, the rewards are worth the effort. Her support and encouragement have inspired many others to pursue their own professional goals.
We are so proud of Michele and grateful for the care, enthusiasm, and dedication she brings to our students every day. Congratulations on this well-earned accomplishment!
5/30/26 Congratulations, Keaton!

Keaton’s journey at Crossroads began as an intern, and he quickly discovered a passion for working with our students. We were thrilled when he decided to join our team as a Teaching Assistant in Room 13, where his easygoing nature, big heart, and authentic connections with the children have made him a valued member of our community.
As if graduating wasn’t exciting enough, Keaton has also been accepted to graduate school! We know his compassion, dedication, and desire to help others will continue to take him far.
Congratulations, Keaton, on these incredible accomplishments! We’re proud of all you’ve achieved and look forward to cheering you on as you take the next steps in your journey.
5/27/26 Congratulations, Sarah!

We’re so proud to celebrate Sarah on graduating from Messiah University with a degree in Exercise Science this past December! She finally got to walk just last week.
Sarah is an amazing Teaching Assistant in Room 5, bringing positivity, dedication, and care to her students every day. And she’s not stopping here—this fall, she’ll be returning to Messiah University to pursue her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, with hopes of working in pediatrics in the future.
We are so excited for all that lies ahead for Sarah and know she will continue making a difference in the lives of children and families. Congratulations on this incredible achievement!
