What a wonderful evening! So many thanks to everyone who attended our gala, Building Skills, Shaping Futures. You all made it an outstanding celebration, which we hope you all enjoyed as much as our team did!

We were blessed to hear the beautiful voice and playing of Mirabella Phinney and so grateful for her setting the mood with music. Heather Morrison brought her pure sunshine, shared her personal story and led the evening as emcee. The LIVE auction was truly lively with Mark Fruiterman driving up numbers for Crossroads and adding his special dose of humor. Thanks to all three stellar individuals.

Thanks to our board president, Kim Joyce Siciliano for her energy and warmth in welcoming all, and to our Executive Director, Kelly Young for her grace and wisdom in leading the event as well as Crossroads. We saw more than a few tears and many laughs through the presentation of all awards, and are thankful for all of the emotions shared and felt.

Speaking of awards, again we shout out grateful and glad-full congratulations to the Moretti family, Pursuit and CDPHP, our 2026 community honorees, and to Brianna, Melissa, Melanie and Vicki, our 2026 milestone awardees.

We loved seeing and hearing from Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara, Congressman Paul Tonko, and Assemblywoman Mary Beth Walsh. We are truly grateful for the work and devotion that these three elected officials have for our special population and for children, and for the support we’ve received over many years from all three.

A huge shout out to the venue; The Terrace at Waters Edge, aka Max410 for the efficiency and helpfulness, the organization and the kindness they afforded us. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, too.

We are thankful for all of the auction bidders and winners, to all of our sponsors, and to everyone who helped get the event ready. And again, thanks to every wonderful person who attended and celebrated the building of skills and the shaping of futures with Crossroads!
