7.17.26 Artful Gratitude

Thank you for the wonderful support of our 2nd ART Reception! We had a great time celebrating the creativity of our amazing students!

Due to concerns with air quality, we moved the event indoors. Classrooms and family members attended and took part in art-viewing, meeting Tracy Schober, ED of the Autism Society and enjoying her floor mat activities, drumming with Ms. Bella, and shaving cream painting with Ms. Vicki.

Thank you to Tracy for being part of this valuable experience for our students and families.

Thank you to all attendees! We hope you had as much fun as we did!

Thank you to our educators and clinicians for making the most delightful art pieces for this event! Every single piece was original and creative and representative of the values we hold dear at Crossroads.

Thank you to everyone who purchased chance tickets! We raised about $250 towards our current technology campaign with a project to put pull-down screens and projectors into the classrooms for virtual learning and field trips, better visibility for students for online classroom activities, sharing of communication devices in a larger group, and other exciting learning opportunities, which are currently being accessed via small modalities.

Thank you to our team of volunteers, Tricia for getting folks to sign in at the door, Kathleen for selling chance tickets, Kelly for greeting families in attendance, and Bella for guiding the drumming circle. It takes a village, or at least a tight-knit team!

Any constructive feedback is always coveted, so please reach out any time to ResourceDEV@crossroadcenter.org.
