Wednesdays Are Better With LifeSong, Inc.! Every Wednesday, we’re lucky to be joined by a wonderful group of volunteers who help behind the scenes in countless ways — organizing, prepping materials, lending helping hands, and brightening our day with their presence. Marcus
We are thrilled to have Marcus back at Crossroads this Union College semester. Last year he completed an internship in Room 1, working directly with the classroom team and students. Now he is back learning about Educational Administration and helping our team of directors, as he plans to go into Educational Administration in the future. Welcome back, Marcus!
Anushka
Help us welcome Anushka to Crossroads. A Union College international student, Anushka is a Neuroscience Major graduating in June. We're excited to have her wealth of diverse experiences and talents with us this semester. Her commitment to supporting our students' growth and learning is truly appreciated. Sasha
We are delighted to have Sasha join us at Crossroads! A freshman at Union College, Sasha brings multiple skills, talents, and experiences to her placement. She is excited to work with students, and her passion and empathy here will give her the learning and growth she seeks.
Sadie
A big Crossroads welcome to Sadie, a Union College student who will spend her internship semester at Crossroads learning more about how our classrooms work on communication skills and collaborate with our related services, especially Speech. Sadie aspires to become a Speech Therapist in her future, and comes with a lot of experience.
Livvy
Help us welcome Olivia to Crossroads. "Livvy" comes to us as a Union College intern to broaden her experience with children with special needs. She brings experience with camps and performance arts, and is planning to go into a profession of a psychological nature. She says she thrives when there is a lot going on - we have the perfect setting for her here at Crossroads!
Mai
We're delighted to welcome Mai to Crossroads. A Union College international student from Vietnam, Mai comes with a 4.0 and a wealth of experience helping others. Mai wishes to become a Clinical Psychologist and is excited to learn about children, ABA, and communication skills. Help us welcome Mai!
Sarah
Please help us give a warm welcome to Sarah, a Union College student. Sarah has aspirations to be a pediatrician, and wants to learn about children, their development and the ways we work with them at Crossroads. Her experience with children and her love for learning make her a great fit for our school.

Each week, Margie dedicates her time and talents behind the scenes, contributing in countless ways to support our students, therapists, and teachers. A big shout-out to Donna, an unsung volunteer hero behind the scenes! 🌟 Yesterday, Donna devoted hours to organizing HR paperwork and files, bringing order to the chaos and making our HR Specialist's job a whole lot smoother. Donna's dedication to detail and tireless efforts haven't gone unnoticed! We are grateful for her commitment!
