Snowy fun for the classroom

January 10, 2019

Who says you have to go outside to play with cars and trucks in the snow?

When it’s too chilly outside, you can always bring the “snow” to you, like this classroom did recently!

Room 7 used some regular flour and shaving cream and enjoyed practicing important social skills such as sharing and moving the cars and trucks through the snow. The soft feel of the snow was quite engaging, making this sensory play activity a delight for this group.

A pretty warm – and creative – way to beat the cold!

Footnote: This project may be messy!
