Celery Science absorbs color and interest!

Room 5 recently conducted a science experiment with celery stalks.

With 2 containers, red and blue, each child had a chance to choose which water color to stick their stalk into. The next day they were able to observe the changes in the stalks, as they had absorbed the color with the water through the straw-like stalks.
